Vertical Village Apartments in Leipzig

In Leipzig, an innovative concept of use for community areas, space-optimized vertical village apartments, are implemented by the CG Gruppe Leipzig . Therefor the former technical Town Hall of Leipzig will be rebuilt and renovated. In addition to offices, sales and catering areas and 296 apartments are being planned. BauWerke was commissioned with the design and implementation planning.
