NEW LIVING SPACE FOR MOABIT

At Beusselstrasse 32-33, a living space of around 10,020 square meters will be realized on 6 floors with a total of 136 residential units in 3 buildings. In addition to the apartments, a day-care center for around 100 children will be built on the ground floor. The basement is divided into a tenant’s basement and 80 planned underground parking spaces. The green and outdoor areas complete the modern building ensemble. The project is being implemented by Ten Brinke Wohnungsbau GmbH & Co KG. The BauWerke office was commissioned with the design and implementation planning, which has now been completed. The interior work on buildings 2 and 3 has begun.
