OLD BECOMES NEW

BauWerke was commissioned with the renovation of the area at the Bogensee in accordance with the requirements of the monument. The extraordinary building ensemble in the style of socialist classicism consists of a plenary hall building, a culture house and four dormitory buildings. It was created in the early fifties. The historic buildings on the site are currently being renovated in line with their preservation order, and new usage concepts are being developed.
