The “Kalkscheune” is being revived

The “Kalkscheune” – a former cult site of the Berlin art and event scene in Berlin-Mitte – is being revived:

The empty listed ensemble in the heart of the city will, inter alia, become the new headquarter of the Georg Neumann company, world market leader in the field of high-quality audio technology.

All of the buildings will be brought up to date in terms of energy and technology, redesigned and expanded in accordance with listed buildings. Aesthetics and space layout reflect the culture and needs of highly innovative companies.

BauWerke was commissioned with the general planning and project management services (all design, planning and monitoring services, special sectoral planning and reports); completion will take place in 2027.
