TRADITION AND FUTURE VISION

In the heart of Neu-Anspach near Frankfurt am Main, on a hill, is the Hochtaunus-Stift, one of the longest-serving old people’s and nursing homes in the district. Where tradition is preserved, there is also room for new, modern concepts. The property of the Hochtaunusstift is now being sustainably revitalized. BauWerke was commissioned with preparing a feasibility study for the development with a gross floor area of approx. 9,000 square meters. The concept is based on a sustainable mixed use of inpatient care, day care, assisted living and other supplementary uses.
